The patient came to Dr. Sukkar because she was unhappy with the unattractive shape, upper pole rippling, and sagging. Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Sam M Sukkar, exchanged the breast implants and to improve the upper pole appearance in this thin patient, Dr. Sukkar placed the breast implants in a new pocket under the pectoralis muscle. A breast lift was performed to tighten the breast skin envelope and reposition the nipple areolar complex.
