| | | | | Patient Number 39: Breast Lift w/ Implants | | Actual Patient -- Results vary from patient to patient | | | Notes: This 29 year old female had breast augmentation 3 years previously by another surgeon who placed 325 cc implants in the subglandular position. The patient came to Dr. Sukkar because she was unhappy with the unattractive shape, upper pole rippling, and sagging. Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Sam M Sukkar, exchanged the breast implants and to improve the upper pole appearance in this thin patient, Dr. Sukkar placed the breast implants in a new pocket under the pectoralis muscle. A breast lift was performed to tighten the breast skin envelope and reposition the nipple areolar complex. The photos represent the change before and after the breast implant revision surgery performed by Dr. Sukkar.
