Notes: This 37 year old Houston surgical nurse is shown before and after breast enhancement after having nursed 3 children. She was referred to Houston Plastic Surgeon Dr. Sam M Sukkar by other nurses and doctors. She told Dr. Sukkar that she was primarily concerned with the drooping (ptosis) and loss of upper pole fullness of her breasts. Dr. Sukkar used round, smooth saline implants placed submuscular along with a breast lift procedure to give her an aesthetic, natural looking result. Her scars healed nicely 6 months after the breast augmentation with mastopexy.
